Overview
CTO ("we", "our", "us") is an AI voice-to-action assistant. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
Data We Collect
- Voice audio and transcripts — sent to our servers for transcription and AI routing when you use talk mode.
- Text input — processed by our AI services to generate actions.
- Account information — email and display name when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Action history — your inputs, generated actions, and execution results when signed in.
- Context memory — phrases and corrections you teach the app to resolve future requests.
- Usage metrics — voice minutes, AI calls, and executed actions.
- AI interaction logs — only when you opt in under Settings → Privacy.
- Device permissions — microphone, contacts, calendar, and reminders are accessed on-device when needed.
How We Use Data
